In our continuing efforts to be sure your processes are compliant, attached is a Benefits Notices Electronic Distribution Guidelines overview that explains the DOL's safe harbor rules for electronic delivery as well as other rules for electronic delivery of notices. The Guidelines also contain sample consent forms and notices that can be used.
