Telehealth and Virtual Care During COVID-19

Telehealth and Virtual Care During COVID-19

We would like to share important information regarding Telehealth and Virtual Care.  During the COVID-19 pandemic, most insurance carriers are providing these services under the Affordable Care Act's (ACA) Preventative Care Benefits, with no cost to the member.

Telehealth and Virtual Care are both sensible, secure, and convenient ways to get care from home, as we all do our best to help stop the spread of the coronavirus.  We encourage anyone with health insurance to use these services, especially if they're concerned about seeking care at a doctor's office or urgent care center.

Telehealth and Virtual Care can be used for physical and dental health, but perhaps more importantly during these times, it can also be used for mental health conditions, including stress, depression, or anxiety.
